Animal print isn't all that new, but since it hit the runway as a trend for Autumn/Winter 2018 i realised my wardrobe was missing an outfit with the safari inspired prints. Of course, i had to go in search of the right piece. Something versatile, an article that would be all weather inclusive. You know me, unless its an essential piece such as a winter coat, i would much rather not be too restrictive with my wardrobe choices, so this maxi shirt dress in Belted Cheetah print pattern from boohoo.com seemed like just the one.

At this point i'm a little partial to items in my wardrobe that are practical for nursing (my baby is only 6 months and still nursing), so the button-down front detail is a big plus for this dress.

Leopard Print Kimono outfit

I recon i could style the dress as a kimono, or even a tied top/shirt over a pair of jeans too.

As with any ensemble, the key is how it is combined with other pieces and accessories

So here's how we went a little bohemian chic with this dress on a chilly sunday. Of course, i wore this outfit to church, but can also work for a brunch/lunch date or work even (depending on the environment and dress code).
